This summer, Sierra Grande and Armendaris are offering travelers the opportunity to witness the incredible sight of one of the largest migrations on the planet while sipping local craft beer during our popular Bats & Brews Tour.

BATS & BREWS TOUR

Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. | June 10 – August 26, 2025

Your journey begins with a brewery tour at Truth or Consequences Brewery, in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. Here, you’ll sample a selection of beers and have the chance to purchase your favorites.
From there, you’ll take an expedition into the untamed wilderness of Armendaris, where you’ll find yourself at the edge of a massive and ancient cave. Overhead, the flutter of over a million pairs of Mexican free-tailed bat wings accentuates a synchronous aerial dance, forming breathtaking shapes across the sky. Alongside nature’s performance, enjoy your personally selected beverages from the brewery.
